In case you haven’t noticed, here at FitStar we’re all about cooking once and eating twice. Life is busy, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make time for food that’s both nutritious and delicious. We kicked off the month with mason jar salads for great time-saving lunches, and quinoa bowls make killer dinners (and we think frittatas are egg-cellent any time of day), so now: onto healthy breakfasts!

Smoothies are a great choice for a morning meal because they are fast to prepare and can be consumed while you go about your routine. With these smoothie kits, your morning rush will be even more streamlined, too. Simply spend a few minutes chopping and measuring once, and have days of smoothies stored in the freezer, ready to go.

This article from Prevention has some great combos that can be made ahead of time (i.e., today) and enjoyed all week, including the three combinations below. Simply package the ingredients in a freezer-safe container (bag, box, or mason jar), and when you’re ready to eat, throw everything into the blender with the liquid of your choice.
